Material work with Initial Space

The materials I chose included brass hexagonal mesh, clear glass, paint (enamel glossy) and pine wood. These materials are sophisticated, interesting and fun so I thought they would work well with the space. I wanted there to be a variety of textures - the mesh almost creating a 'honeycomb' effect which contrasts against the wood and glass to see through. In addition, I think blue as a colour has a calming effect and can be paired well with other colours and is one of my favourite colours. The white paint on the side has sparkles in it for a pop of fun and interest too.
